Brian McKeown Owner & Construction Manager bmckeown@caawsystems.com
Brian has been working in the environmental field of supplying and installing geosynthetics since 1984. Brian held several senior level positions in manufacturing, sales and construction for a leading geosynthetic manufacturer. Before joining CAAWS, Brian had 12 years of experience overseeing the entire construction operation of a large geosynthetic installer. Brian is responsible for overseeing all our field crews and reviewing contracts for CAAWS.
Roger Krabel Owner & Sales Manager rkrabel@caawsystems.com
Roger has been involved in the geosynthetics industry since 1992. After graduating from college with a mechanical engineering degree, Roger joined the leading manufacturer of geosynthetics as a Regional Manager. He was responsible for providing technical assistance to engineers, owners and contractors for a broad range of products and services. In addition, he was responsible for bidding and contracting installation projects. Roger is responsible for all of our sales and marketing functions at CAAWS.
Michael Jones Owner & Operations Manager mjones@caawsystems.com
Michael started in the geosynthetic industry in 2004. After graduating with a degree in Management Information Systems, Michael worked as a Systems Engineer, Consultant and manager in the IT industry for 20 years. He gained extensive operations experience while working with several large companies and by owning his own IT consulting business. Michael is responsible for all of our accounting, payroll and insurance functions.
Matt Albert Project Estimator malbert@caawsystems.com
Matt has been working in the geosynthetic installation industry since 1990. Matt has an Associate’s Degree in mechanical design and is highly proficient in the use of Auto CAD. Prior to joining CAAWS, Matt’s duties as Chief Estimator for a large geosynthetic installer included overseeing all estimating and drafting functions. He brings many years of project plan and specification review experience to CAAWS. Matt is responsible for generating all of our estimates as well as project submittals
Thong Ingles Site Superintendent
Thong began working in the geosynthetic industry in 1987. Over the course of his career, Thong has been involved in several challenging projects in the mining, landfill, industrial and agriculture industries. Thong has over 50,000,000 square feet of experience installing various geosynthetics. He has also been trained in OSHA, CPR, MSHA and Forklift Operation. Thong is responsible for the oversight of the welding technicians and QC personnel on the project site.
Rickie Sisombath Site Superintendent
Rickie began working in the geosynthetic industry in 1987. Over the course of his career, Rickie has been involved in several challenging projects in the mining, landfill, industrial and agriculture industries. Rickie has over 50,000,000 square feet of experience installing various geosynthetics. He has also been trained in OSHA, CPR, MSHA and Forklift Operation. Rickie is responsible for the oversight of the welding technicians and QC personnel on the project site.
Jack Xaysana Site Superintendent
Jack began working in the geosynthetic industry in 1992. Over the course of his career, Jack has been involved in several challenging projects in the mining, landfill, industrial and agriculture industries. Jack has over 30,000,000 square feet of installation experience. He has also bee trained in OSHA, CPR, MSHA and Forklift Operation. Jack is responsible for the oversight of the welding technicians and QC personnel on the project site.
